ChemPup

ChemPup is packaged on top of Puppy Linux 4.2.1 and designed with the high school and undergraduate chemistry student in mind. ChemPup is a complete program package and operating system (OS) that boots
on most computer platforms.

ChemPup may be installed side-by-side an existing OS or as a stand-alone OS or NOT AT ALL: simply save the personal storage file to the hard-drive, a drive partition, or a flashdrive.

• Avogadro – a 3D molecular builder with force-field minimizer and molecular dynamics simulator
